We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our return team at  service@everydaywigs.com to initiate the return process.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.

3. Package the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories if you have provided.

4. Include RA Number: Clearly write the provided RA number on the outside of the package.

5. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or defective items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
